Chris Ngige pulls out of Presidential race.
The minister of labour and productivity Senator Chris Ngige has pulled out of the presidential race in order to concentrate on his ministerial assignment according to a statement issued and made public by the minister.
Recall that the federal government has issued a Monday 16th May 2022 deadline to serving members of the federal executive council and heads of government agencies, departments and parastatals with political aspirations to resign on or before the 16th of May, 2022.
And true to that deadline, about 9 serving ministers with political aspirations resigned and were today in Abuja were given valedictory service presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari.
The President thanked the outgoing ministers for their service to fatherland and wished them well in their political aspirations.
