DEFEND LAGOS COALITION CONGRATULATES GOVERNOR BABAJIDE SANWO-OLU ON HIS ELECTORAL VICTORY

The Defend Lagos Coalition which is a conglomeration of civil society, grassroots and community based organizations congratulates Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu on his victory as the flagbearer of the All Progressives Congress, APC gubernatorial primaries on Thursday, 26th May, 2022 at Onikan Stadium, Lagos Island.

This victory of Mr. Governor in the gubernatorial primaries of his party is an affirmation of his outstanding leadership quality which has earned him local and international accolades and impacted positively on every sphere of governance in Lagos State.

We regard this victory of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu at his party primaries and which is expected to be replicated at the general elections by Lagosians who are endeared to his administration, as a call to rededicate himself to greater service to the people.

Lagosians must take the ownership of issues that concern Lagos for peace, progress and prosperity as this is our own ‘Jerusalem’.
